About
Aaron Priest founded the Aaron M. Priest Literary Agency and is one of the most prominent literary agents in commercial fiction in the United States. He has represented numerous New York Times bestselling authors over his decades-long career. His agency is known for its selective, highly curated client list and success in the thriller and commercial fiction space.
Currently Looking For
Priest focuses on commercial fiction, particularly thrillers, and is very selective given the size and success of his existing client list. He rarely takes on new clients and tends to work by referral or through projects that come strongly recommended.
Submission Guidelines
The agency accepts query letters by email or mail. Given Aaron Priest's stature and selective nature, prospective clients should follow the agency's official submission guidelines carefully. Writers should send a query letter and sample pages as directed on the agency site.
