About
Allison Remcheck is a literary agent at Stimola Literary Studio, a boutique agency specializing in children's and young adult literature. She joined the agency and has focused on building her list of middle grade and young adult authors. She is known for her enthusiasm for genre-blending and voice-driven projects.
Currently Looking For
I am most interested in middle-grade and YA fiction—in particular; fantasy grounded in reality with series potential; contemporary with a focus on current issues and diversity without being didactic; contemporary teen girl romance and coming of age; mystery and psychological thriller; YA fiction with cross-over adult or new adult appeal; and art-driven picture books. I am open to historical fiction, especially with a medieval or early 20th century backdrop. I am NOT interested in high fantasy, paranormal, chapter books for younger readers, non-fiction picture books, or non-author/illustrator picture books.
